Hyderabad : A pre-bid conference with prospective contractors who have bid for taking up works pertaining to the second phase of Water Grid project was held here in city on Friday. Representatives of nearly 18 companies who have bid for the works worth to the tune of Rs.14,098 crores across the state, have attended the meet and got clarifications required. The meeting was called to clarify the doubts of the bidders with regard to the execution of the project. Tenders were called for the works in 10 packages in its second phase. The officials led by Advisor to the Rural Water Supply and Sewerage (RWS&S) Gyaneswar and Chief Engineer Water Project Suresh Kumar have patiently heard all the doubts and clarified them. The RWS consultant Narsing Rao, SE Water Project Nanda Rao, Jaganmohan, Vijay were among other officials who participated in the session.
